Anna Mitchell
Partner
AnnaMarie has been in the tax controversy and resolution arena her entire professional career. With an LL.M. (Master of Laws in Taxation) from the University of Florida and a law degree from St. Thomas University with a specialization in tax, AnnaMarie is well qualified to handle any tax issue – both State and Federal. Prior to opening her own tax law firm, she served as Tax Clinic Director at Gulf Coast Legal Services, where she managed all tax matters on Florida’s West Central coast. AnnaMarie has successfully reduced taxpayer liabilities exceeding $71,000,000.00 to date and is certified to practice law before the Florida State Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to tax controversies, she also assists clients with Property Tax Disputes – call Anna for details. Vladimir St. Louis
Partner
Vladimir (“Vlad”) St. Louis, a South Florida native, holds a B.S. in Accounting with a Minor in Music from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned Dean’s List distinction. With over a decade of experience in real estate and tax law, Vladimir has represented national lenders in foreclosure and eviction matters and served as both a Special Agent with the IRS Criminal Investigation Division and an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. His insider knowledge of IRS operations enables him to skillfully navigate complex tax controversies and real estate matters, applying a meticulous, results-driven approach to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Krisztian Ficsori
Law Firm Administrator
Born and raised in Hungary, Krisztian brings a strong foundation of discipline, precision, and structure to his role as the Law Firm Administrator. His education at a Hungarian military college shaped his attention to detail and organized approach – qualities that define his work and make him an invaluable part of the firm’s operations.
At the firm, Krisztian oversees daily operations, client communication, case management, and internal workflow systems, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. He manages key administrative functions, including coordinating client intake, handling payment collection, and keeping clients informed throughout each step. He also serves as the firm’s IT coordinator, ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly and securely.

Mandi Kramer
Executive Assistant
Mandi is the Executive Administrative Assistant at Mitchell St. Louis Law, bringing a strong blend of legal support experience, organizational expertise, and client-focused service to the firm. After graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, concentrated in Organizational Leadership, she moved to Anna Maria Island, where she met her husband, originally from Iowa. The two later relocated to northwest Iowa, where they spent 17 years building their life together before returning to Florida to be closer to family.
Mandi’s professional background spans legal administration, real estate, executive support, and education, giving her a well-rounded foundation for managing the firm’s daily operations.
Known for her hospitable and positive demeanor, Mandi brings warmth and approachability to every interaction. Detail-oriented and service-driven, she helps ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for both clients and colleagues alike.
Hugo Varillas

Hugo Varillas is a Legal Assistant at Mitchell St. Louis Law, bringing nearly a decade of client support and communication experience to the firm. Cesar Gomez
Immigration Director / Tax Specialist
Before immigrating to the United States, Mr. Gomez practiced business law in Bogotá, Colombia, providing strategic counsel to corporations and entrepreneurs. Mr. Gomez holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Stetson University (2011) and has served in prominent roles, including membership on the Foreign Service Committee of Tampa Bay, the University of South Florida Leadership Board, and as Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association Section of International Law – Young Lawyers Interest Network.
With over a decade of experience helping investors and families successfully relocate to the U.S., Mr. Gomez focuses on Family-Based Petitions, Investor and Employment Visas, Employer-Based Immigration, and other immigrant visa solutions. His approach combines legal precision with cultural understanding, ensuring clients receive personalized, stress-free guidance through every step of the immigration process.
Anthony Cani

Anthony Cani is an Enrolled Agent with a strong background in accounting and tax preparation. He earned both his Bachelor’s and MBA in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Anthony is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of tax compliance and takes pride in educating them to make informed financial decisions.
Kamila Rosello Garcia
Law Clerk
Born and raised in Cuba and later relocating to Miami at the age of seven, Ms. Garcia has built a strong academic and professional foundation in the legal field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While completing her degree, she gained valuable hands-on experience at a private criminal defense firm in Tallahassee, where she supported a range of client matters.
Following graduation, she continued expanding her legal experience at a personal injury law firm, further solidifying her interest in pursuing a career in law. She is currently a 2L J.D. candidate at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During her 1L summer, she served in the Pro Bono Unit at Legal Aid Services of Broward County, assisting with legal matters impacting underserved communities.
Fluent in both English and Spanish and conversational in Italian, Ms. Garcia brings a diverse perspective and commitment to client-focused service. Her areas of interest include Real Estate Law and International Law – fields in which she is dedicated to building the skills needed to support clients effectively and professionally.
Shakira Bullock
Law Clerk
Born and raised in South Florida, Shakira graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English, a minor in Philosophy, and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence.
Shakira is currently a second-year J.D. candidate at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she serves as a Junior Associate for the Journal of International Law & Comparative Studies, as Secretary of the Black Law Students Association, and as a Community Engagement Fellow, helping to organize programming that connects law students with legal professionals and career development opportunities.
Sharkia’s practice interests include tax and bankruptcy law. She previously worked as a Law Clerk at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where she assisted small businesses and nonprofit organizations by drafting corporate bylaws, researching regulatory compliance matters, and supporting community economic development initiatives. Shakira is committed to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented legal support while advancing practical solutions that serve both clients and the broader community.
Quentin Zonna

Quentin Zonna is a 3L J.D. candidate at Stetson University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Quentin earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude. Quentin is a member of the Business Law, Tax Law, and Elder Law societies at Stetson and is passionate about assisting clients.
